Refund and Return Policy

Purpose

This Refund and Return Policy governs refunds for tuition, course fees, and materials purchased through Cambridge Crown College. It applies to all domestic and international students.

1. Tuition Fee Refunds

1. Application Fees – Non-refundable once submitted.

2. Tuition Fees:

100% refund if withdrawal request is made before the commencement of the course.

50% refund if withdrawal request is made within 14 days after the course starts.

No refund after the first 14 days of the course commencement.

3. All refund requests must be made in writing to the info@cambridgecrowncollege.uk with supporting documents.

2. Course Cancellation by the College

If a course is cancelled by Cambridge Crown College, students will be entitled to a full refund or offered a transfer to another course.

3. Product Returns (if applicable)

For physical or digital materials (e.g., books, uniforms, e-learning tools):

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if found defective or incorrectly supplied.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
